General Questions

What is included in my cleaning?

Each service type (Residential, Commercial, and Move-In/Move-Out) includes a clearly defined scope of work. Your quote will outline exactly what is included in your selected service package. If you ever want something added or removed from your service, just let me know before your appointment.

  • Inside microwaves are included with every clean

  • Deep cleans include detailed areas such as hand washed baseboards, trim, doors, and light fixtures

  • Eco-friendly products used whenever possible

Is laundry or appliance care available?

These are available as add-on services combined with my standard residential care:

  • Appliance detailing (interior fridge/stove)

  • Wash, dry & fold laundry services

Do You Clean Homes with Pets?

Absolutely! Aggressive or anxious pets should be secured during my service for protection. Friendly pets are welcome to keep me company!

  • Eco-friendly, low-tox products used for safety

Will You Move Personal Items?

Your belongings will be treated with care. Items are usually cleaned around, though light moving of small items may occur. Items are returned to their place.

Is Service Judgment-Free?

Always. Mesa happens and life gets busy. This is a safe, respectful, and supportive service with zero judgment provided by me personally.

How Does Pricing & Quotes Work?

Your quote will always be transparent and provided before your cleaning begins. No work is added or upgraded without your approval.

  • Add-on services are clearly listed and discussed in advance

  • Walk-throughs are encouraged for best accuracy

Do You Offer Carpet Cleaning?

No. Full carpet cleaning is not offered at this time. However, upholstery and fabric spot treatments (couches, chairs, pet accidents) are available as add-ons.

What Products Do You Use?

I use a mix of standard and eco-friendly products whenever possible. I avoid bleach, ammonia, and Fabuloso. If you have sensitivities, just let me know.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late notifications may be subject to a fee, though emergencies are handled with compassion.

What Is a Reset Clean?

Spaces with significant buildup, pet hair, or long periods without cleaning may require a Deep Clean Reset.

  • May take 2–3 sessions for thorough results

  • I limit work sessions to ensure precision and quality

  • You will always be informed if your space needs this care

What About Clutter & Organization?

Cleaning and organizing are different services. Areas with heavy clutter may be cleaned around or excluded unless organization services are added.

  • Deep decluttering available as an add-on

  • Accessible floors help yield best results

What if it takes longer?

If your space requires more time than initially quoted, I will notify you. No additional work is performed without your consent and approval.

Do You Guarantee Work?

Yes. If something is missed, please notify me within 24 hours of service. I will happily return to address the missed area when possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

I accept cash, check, money apps like Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Paypal, or bank transfers. Full payment is required once your cleaning is completed.

Your final total will always be reviewed with you before service begins. If additional time or add-on services are needed due to the condition of the space, this will be communicated and approved by you before any additional work is performed. There are no surprise charges.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee. Returned payments or failed transactions may incur additional processing fees. For recurring clients, payment is required at each visit unless a written arrangement has been made. Repeated late or missed payments may result in suspension of future services.
